Vineyards: from a single plot raised to a low sapling
Harvest: by hand, second half of August
Vinification: the pressing of the grapes is very soft and the slow fermentation at 59°F lasts for about 14 days. The wine matures at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Refined for three months in bottle.
Organoleptic notes: pale straw yellow color, with a fruity scent with notes of orange blossom and elderberry, light hints of jasmine. On the palate it is fragrant, full with a good acidity.
Pairings: ideal with raw seafood and gourmet salads
How to serve it: it expresses the best of itself in tulip glasses of medium size and served at a temperature of 46°F
