Organoleptic notes: straw yellow color with an intensely fruity aroma with notes of yellow peach, apricot and light hints of aromatic herbs, vanilla citrus. On the palate it is complex and elegant with a long persistence with an aftertaste of bitter almonds
Pairings: excellent for aperitifs, it goes well with grilled fish dishes, spaghetti with cuttlefish ink or sea urchins and shellfish
How to serve it: it expresses the best of itself in tulip goblets of medium amplitude, excellent at 50°F
